Fajee Terms and Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Scope

Fajee (operated under the bundles.vu domain) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Fajee and its users.

By using the Fajee website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms have been made available in Bangla for the convenience of Fajee's Bangladeshi members. In the event of any conflict with another language version, the original English version shall prevail.

2 Account Register

3 Age Verification & KYC

Fajee strictly enforces an 18+ policy. At any stage, Fajee may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if the KYC process has not been completed. Document verification typically takes no more than 24 hours.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

11 Jurisdiction and Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Fajee's licensing authority's jurisdiction. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation.

Fajee is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, server downtime, or third-party errors. Maximum liability per incident is limited to the amount of the deposit involved.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Fajee may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, members will be notified by email or via a platform notice at least 7 days in advance.
